View your MS 365 licenses using the Azure Portal
For admins and tenant users: You should be able to view the product licenses for your tenant (if your MS 365 admin hasn’t disabled this option!) using the following link:

Admins can also perform some license management tasks in this section.
View your MS 365 licenses using the MS 365 Admin Center
For admins only: You should be able to view the product licenses for your tenant using the MS 365 Admin centre.

You can also perform some license management tasks in the Your products section under the Billing section, as shown above.
